The Crestron CP3 control processors installed in 2017 in Administration Building conference rooms are end-of-life and no longer receiving firmware updates. Twelve rooms will be upgraded with Crestron CP4 processors and reconfigured HDMI matrix switches over five business days.

Impact
Each room is unavailable for meetings during its upgrade day. Facilities coordinated with Scheduling to block the rooms in the room reservation system for those dates.
Outcome
All 12 rooms upgraded and tested. Touch panel programming validated. Rooms returned to service on schedule.
