Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 reaches end of maintenance support in May 2026. Six application servers hosting internal web services will be upgraded in-place to RHEL 9 during this change window.

Impact
Each application will be briefly unavailable during its server’s upgrade window. Wave sequencing ensures no two dependent services are down simultaneously.
Outcome
All six servers successfully upgraded to RHEL 9.3. All application health checks green. Snapshots archived for 30 days.
